  • Proficient knowledge of the Unity engine and Unity C# scripting
  • Love survival-craft games, and have experience designing them.
  • A solid grasp of game mechanics and game feel: engaging systems coupled with game juice
  • A good sense of aesthetics, with a keen eye towards visual details
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passionate about indie games and a highly motivated self-starter
  • At minimum, a bachelor's degree and 2+ years of work experience

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with developing procedural generation systems

  • Familiarity with dependency injection and the model-view-presenter software pattern

Social Media Video Content Creator

Contract Remote

Coming up with short-form video ideas (hooks, trends, formats, chaos included). Turning gameplay + features into scroll-stopping content. Editing videos that people actually watch all the way through (pacing, captions, memes, timing). Keeping up with what's trending in games + socials and jumping on it fast. Looking at performance (views, retention, engagement) and leveling up content week by week.

Must-Haves

  • Have been making content for a while (~5 years social media experience — doesn't have to be formal).
  • Already edit your own videos (CapCut, Premiere, After Effects, etc.) and understand what makes content hit.
  • Are deep into gaming culture (bonus if you love indie games)
  • Get how TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts actually work.
  • Can take feedback, iterate fast, and aren't afraid to experiment.
  • Have made videos before that performed well (big or small — we care about instincts).

Nice-to-Haves

  • You've worked on or around games before (internships, projects, game jams, content pages, etc.).
  • You're comfortable on camera or doing voiceovers.
  • You understand meme culture and how to adapt it to a brand.
  • You've tried testing different hooks/formats to improve performance.
  • You hang out on Discord/Reddit and know what players are talking about.

🎯 TL;DR

We want someone who can:

spot trends → turn them into ideas → edit fast → learn from data → repeat

Sound Designer

Contract Remote

We are looking for a Sound Designer to create an immersive audio experience for our upcoming survival crafting game, Rinthine. Your responsibilities include shaping the game's audio direction and designing sound effects accordingly. You will build the game's soundscape—environmental ambience (wind, water), creature sounds (livestock, mythical beasts), player actions (footsteps, crafting, tool use), and UI (paper shuffling, bag rustling)—and implement this SFX set into the game in a consistent, organized fashion, collaborating with the design team for integration.

Must-Haves

  • 2+ years of experience in game sound design or interactive audio
  • A portfolio showcasing immersive audio and the ability to define a cohesive audio style
  • Experience in a DAW of choice
  • A good understanding of environmental layering, spatial audio, and mixing
  • Post-production skills, including editing and mastering
  • Strong communication skills in both aesthetic and technical concepts

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with audio middleware solutions, preferably Wwise
  • Experience with field recording and/or Foley
  • Experience working in Unity and with C# scripting
  • Experience with version control software
  • Familiarity with survival, sandbox, or open-world game audio design
